first time at the sea

We visited Baltic Sea in the Jaroslawiec city. We went there with grandma and grandpa and we stayed in very nice hotel.  It was our first visit to the beach at the Sea (last year we went to the Michigan lake beach in Chicago). We liked it. Lili was trying to eat the sand and to try her strength by collecting biggest rocks at the beach. Vivi preferred sticks and little rocks.

We are very happy to see babcia Ewa and dziadzia Kuba!!!!!

We had unique opportunity to be in Poznan during the Euro 2012 (Soccer European Championship).

Fast conversion to the big kids' beds

Lili started to climb out from her crib Kamikaze style! We lowered the bed to the lowest possible setting. We turned crib so the higher back was on front. Nothing helped. The little monkey somehow got out of the crib!
Desperate parents had no choice but to convert the crib to the toddler bed (April 9). Vivi is shorter so she could not jump out but she managed to get stuck between the top bar and the rest of her bed.

Interestingly girls switched the beds. Vivi is now sleeping in the corner and Lili next to the closet.
Girls are not sure what to do with the new freedom. Parents are not sure how to approach putting them to bed.

Easter weekend!

We went to St. Stephen the Witness Catholic Student Center to bless the Easter baskets and we Easter Egg hunt!

St. Patrick's day in Chicago

What a beautiful weather we had this year in Chicago! We rode a train and we saw the green Chicago river.

Big enough to share a bath!

We are growing up. We are good at sitting and playing with the toys. Now we have an option to bathe in the bathtub TOGETHER!
