St. Louis City Museum Adventure

Words can't describe and pictures can't truly capture the diversity of experiences and the amount of fun that this place provides. Enchanted caves, a giant tree house, circus, art studio, ten story slide, aquariums, ferris wheel on the rooftop... every bit of this place is awesome! Definitely a favorite spot to revisit.

Lili was playing so hard in a tree house that she got blisters on her palms! She was also fearless in climbing everywhere.

We visited Atlanta, Georgia

We saw a skyline from the giant Ferris wheel. We visited the CNN center, and ate some ice cream we walked around a city with parents. Then, we spent some time with our big cousins Emily and Elyse.
Afternoon we went to visit Senoia, the place where parents went on a Zombie Tour :-o

Fun at public library

Today we had Danotastic time with Dan Wardell, at the Waterloo public library. After the short superhero and ninja training we earned the "Official IPTV Kids Clubhouse Superhero" cards.

But the biggest event today was... Drum rolls please....  We got our first library cards! We were able to check out our first books

UNI Dance Marathon: “We dance for those who can’t”

Today we had an amazing opportunity to dance for the good cause. We danced and helped to raise money  for less fortunate kids during the UNI Dance Marathon.  Dance Marathon is a student organization that raises money for the local hospitals (we did it for University of Iowa Children’s Hospital)  and the Children’s Miracle Network.

We had a blast.  Since it was our first time we registered as a spirit dancer and we participated for 4 hours. We danced, we play in a bounce racing house, we got balloon animals made by a clown and many other attractions. We were proud to support such a great cause.

Today we started (hopefully) a new tradition.

Merry Christmas 2013

We were lucky to celebrate this year winter holidays with family and friends. First we had fun during mom's work party hosted at our house , when dr.Z performed his awesome magic show.  Then for Christmas week we had The Kaminsky family here! Sofia, Adam, and wujek Maciek with cicia Erin.  We ate Christmas Eve Supper with Kaminskys, ciocia Cindy, Emily, Elyse and the Heimbuchs family.
We got many gifts and we had opportunity to play with snow. Life is good for us :-)

We are three!

Today is out third birthday. Last weekend we celebrate with our neighbors, family, and friends in our little park behind our house.  The weather was great and we had a blast!

Lilian:
She is very athletic, loves to run and climb on everything and is very good at it. Loves to sing. She has very positive attitude. She potty trained herself in an age 2.5

Favorite food: Chinese  (Dumplings and Shrimp Me fun)
Favorite show: Jake and The Neverland Pirates,  Doc Mcstuffins
Favorite book:  The Nose book by by Al Perkins  (Author) , Joe Mathieu  (Illustrator)
Favorite person : Vivian and then Lucy, and Mom & Dad
Favorite toy: Brave (doll), red monkey, baby doll, countless amount of bags and boxes that she fills with hair clippies,  necklaces,  and other little body adornments
Odd thing: She does not like chocolate!

Vivian:
She is very good in building full sentences, starts to recognize the words and understand the meaning of letters.  She is a night owl who is not the happiest in a morning :-)

Our first camping trip!

Last weekend we went camping. We set up our tent at George Wyth State Park. We had a lot of fun! We were biking and playing at the camp's playground, and at night we roasted Marshmallows!
